The pool project was intense. Planning began in early Spring and coordination of the project was consuming. Originally we had planned for stamped concrete, however, the contractor “revised” and increased his quote two days prior to the pour, so we changed course and luckily found landscapers who could fit us in (as most were already booked for the Summer). It was a mishap working in our favour as the pavers give the pool a more high end look. Weather made the pool install difficult and the project took longer than expected. In order to install the automatic cover, phases of the pool and paver installation had to be completed. It was tricky coordinating the automatic cover install ( as we had to fly in the installer from Toronto) due to difficulty predicting weather along with other installation challenges. I cried often…..;)
BUT, it was worth it! 😉
I chose a grey pavers for the decking and a grey liner inside.
